Objectives
This course covers the regulatory requirements for a food manufacturer or food processor in Canada. It also covers the United States requirements as it is Canada’s largest trading partner. Participants will be able to learn about the basics of the regulatory requirements all the way from the government levels to the global level. This course will introduce internationally accepted food safety standards and show similarities and differences between them.
